In Phase I, a series of assignments launched the initiative.   Boston students prepared for the initiative by conducting surveys, doing research, and reaching out to their global partners in a series of exercises.   They communicated largely via e-mail and Whats App. 

 

By assignment #9, the initiative was fully launched.
